FROM NORTH JERSEY

• Garden State Parkway South to Exit 88 (Lakewood-Bricktown Exit).
• Pay the 25-cent toll and stay to the right (Route 70 West). Take Route 70 West to the first traffic light and turn right onto Airport Road.
• Take Airport Road to the end.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto Cedar Bridge Avenue. (Airport Road will take a hard right turn, then a hard left turn.) Follow to the traffic light.
• Take Cedar Bridge Avenue to the first traffic light and turn left onto Oberlin Avenue South.
• Take Oberlin Avenue South approximately 1/4 mile. Benchmark will be on the right (#450).

FROM SOUTH JERSEY

• Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 83 (Pleasant Plains Exit) to Route 9 North.
• Take Route 9 North to Route 70 East (Ramada Inn on corner).
• Take Route 70 East to New Hampshire Avenue Exit (jug-handle to right).
• At the end of the exit, turn left onto New Hampshire Avenue.
• Take New Hampshire Avenue across Route 70 to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Oberlin Avenue South.
• Take Oberlin Avenue South approximately 1/4 mile. Benchmark will be on the left (#450).

FROM THE WEST

• Take Route 70 East to Lakewood.
• Just past the Route 9 junction overpass, take Route 70 East to New Hampshire Avenue Exit (jug-handle to right).
• At the end of the exit, turn left onto New Hampshire Avenue.
• Take New Hampshire Avenue across Route 70 to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Oberlin Avenue South.
• Take Oberlin Avenue South approximately 1/4 mile. Benchmark will be on the left (#450).

FROM THE NORTH/EAST:

• Garden State Parkway South to Exit 98 to Route 195 West.
• Take the CR-547 South Exit.
• Merge onto CR-547/Lakewood Farmingdale Road and follow that for about 3 miles.
• Turn Right onto Oak Glen Road.
• Benchmark Design Center is the first building on the right after the railroad tracks.

FROM THE NORTH/WEST:

• New Jersey Turnpike to the Garden State Parkway South.
• Take Exit 98 to Route 195 West.
• Take the CR-547 South Exit.
• Merge onto CR-547/Lakewood Farmingdale Road and follow that for about 3 miles.
• Turn Right onto Oak Glen Road.
• Benchmark Design Center is the first building on the right after the railroad tracks.

FROM THE SOUTH/WEST:

• Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 7A.
• Follow Route 195 east (approximately 2.5 miles).
• Take the CR-547 South Exit.
• Merge onto CR-547/Lakewood Farmingdale Road and follow that for about 3 miles.
  
• Turn Right onto Oak Glen Road.
• Benchmark Design Center is the first building on the right after the railroad tracks.
